Users must be 21 years of age or older to create an account or use any service on bs555. We may request relevant documents at any time to verify age, such as a national identity card or passport.

If any user registers by providing a false age, their account will be closed immediately and all funds in the account may be forfeited. bs555 is committed to protecting minors from gambling.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bs555 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). We provide secure and convenient payment methods:

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
  • Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
  • Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

bs555 offers various types of bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

  • Welcome bonus: new members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times.
  • A bonus applies only once per account, per device, and per IP address.
  • Withdrawals from a bonus are not permitted until the wagering requirement has been met.
  • Wagering conditions may also apply to winnings earned using a bonus.
  • bs555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
  • Misuse of bonus offers or bonus scheming is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.
  • Each bonus has a specific validity period; once the period expires, the bonus is automatically cancelled.

The VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback and other benefits are provided at each tier. Promotion to a VIP tier depends on gaming activity.

6 Gameplay and Betting Policy

All games on bs555 are conducted fairly and transparently. The following gameplay policies must be followed:

  • Each game has its own rules, which should be read before starting the game.
  • If a game is interrupted due to a technical error or disconnection, bs555 will take appropriate action. However, the user is solely responsible for their own internet connection.
  • Game results are recorded on real-time servers, and in the event of any dispute, the server record will be considered final.
  • If a technical error is detected in a game, that game or round may be declared void and the bet amount will be refunded.
  • In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final. The game provider's own terms and conditions also apply to live games.
  • For sports betting, match results will be determined based on the official announcement by the relevant sports authority.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bs555 platform:
